What is Integral Sound Healing?

Integral sound healing is an ancient form of healing, now measurable with modern science, that uses harmonic and dissonant frequencies to heal. Different instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, and voice emit sounds that can shake apart old patterns and create new, more harmonious pathways on the physical, mental, emotional, soul, and spiritual levels.

These various sound waves create a resonance effect across a wide spectrum of your physical body and the biofield around you. Sound vibration pulses are conducted through the connective tissue, blood, lymph, and spinal fluids, cartilage, muscle tissue, and bone with significant therapeutic outcomes. particularly in joints.
